Monday: First we went to the Grand Bazaar which was really expensive. After that some some of us (me included) went to the Topkapi palace. It was huge and we couldn't finish visiting it. If you ever visit istanbul take one full day just for the palace. The activity afterwards was going to Miniaturk which is a miniatur park. The dinner at the Pierre Loti hill had an amazing view like every other restaurants we went to.
Tuesday: The lesson started at 10 am & finished at 4 pm again. Right after the class we visited the Egyptian Bazaar better known as the Spice Bazaar. For dinner we went to a restaurant under the bridge. This time we had fish instead of köfte. The group went back but Megan & i decided to do a Bosphorus tour again but this time it was dark & you could see the lightings of the bridge. That was the only reason we did the tour again.
Wednesday: It was the first time we went to the asian side of Istanbul. The first destination was the Beylerbeyi palace where we first visited some of the gardens & then we had a tour inside the palace. After having a lunch somewhere else we went to the Dolmabahce palace. We then went to Vialand since we couldn't go there in the first week. I had a lot of fun with my friends.
Thursday: On that day we did a different kind of trip. Instead of visiting historical buildings we went to the Medical Plants park in Zeytinburnu & somewhere else where you can buy plants. Back in the dormitory some of the girls & i went to the Olivium Shopping Mall. Back in the dormitory some of us started to study together for the exam that was on the next day.
Friday: Time for the exam. It was not that difficult since i've studied the night before with my friends. After a break we met all together for the closing ceremony. They gave us our certificates. We met & talked to the rector Prof. Dr. Yadigar Izmirli, ate a cake together, took some photos & said goodbye to everyone. The last night in the dormitory was full of fun. We scared the Nancy. Put some Make up on to look like the girl from the movie The Ring & scared the boys. Since i had to leave at 3-4 am in the morning to reach my flight some of my friends waited with me & wanted to say goodbye. We painted the nails of a boy who was sleeping a little bit while we were waiting. After calling a taxi i went to Denizli in Turkey to be on time for a wedding on the next day.
