- fine bulgur
- chopped spring onions
- chopped parsley
- chopped mint
- salt
- hot boiling water
- tomato paste
- vegetable oil
- lemon for garnishing as well as salad leaves
Just chop those greens as fine as possible.
After putting salt and boiling water mix those together and cover it up. Let it sit for a few minutes.
Put in a little bit of vegetable oil, some tomato paste and all the chopped greens before you dive in and mix all together.
Garnish the kısır with some salad leaves and lemon to give it a sour taste (you can also add the juice of the lemon into the mixture). Enjoy it!
