We're gonna use the dough i shared before (recipe here). Other than that you will need the following ingredients.
Ingredients
500 gr. of white cheese
parsley
black seed
1 egg & some milk for the egg wash
Put the white cheese (you can find these in any turkish grocery store) in a bowl. We used a fork to crumble the cheese.To form the böreks you're gonna take one of the mini doughs & roll it out. You can use a rolling pin if you need but you really don't need one. It's actually easier by hand. After that just fill it with the cheese & parsley mixture. But make sure you only put it on one side of the rolled dough like on the image below.
Bring the end of the not filled side to the end of the filled one like on the image down below & press it down so they stick together.
Put the formed böreks on a baking sheet & let them rest just for a few minutes. Brush on some egg wash & sprinkle a little bit of black seed.
The final step is to bake these böreks for about 20 minutes at 200° Celsius or until golden brown. Bon appetite or may i say 'Afiyet olsun' (turkish).
